The cathedral pine grove at Cumming Nature Center is peaceful, iconic, and provides a perfect setting to center and rejuvenate your body and mind. In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a serene setting. During this 90-minute session, Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution will guide you through a gentle, open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. Tree pose among the trees. No yoga experience is necessary. Participants must bring their own mat, pad, or blanket to use during the event.

Ticket price includes admission to RMSC Cumming Nature Center. Please note that once you reserve your spot by purchasing a ticket, your ticket is transferable (to another person) but is not refundable. In case of light rain, we will still have class. In case of severe weather, the class will be canceled and you will be reimbursed.
