Wild Walks: Life in a Vernal Pool

Springtime ponds can hold an abundance of jammy egg sacs, swimmy salamander larvae, tadpoles, and more. Such seasonal forest pools serve as precious nurseries for a variety of invertebrates and amphibians! Come discover what makes them special as we peer beneath the surface of the vernal pools with CNC Naturalist Angie. Wear rubber boots if you have them! This program is family friendly and open to all ages.
