Discover the history and practice of this age-old method of winter ambulation with CNC naturalist & educator Maureen Dunphy! This program will explore the history of the snowshoe and the various styles indigenous peoples created for travel over the winter terrain. Then participants will hit the trails, snow permitting, to test out this ancient technology for themselves!
Snowshoe rentals available at check-in for $5. This program is for ages 10+.
