Learn how to tap your maple trees and produce maple syrup! This workshop is designed for beginner and backyard sugar producers to learn the basics of sugar making. Instructor will cover how to identify tappable maple trees, how to tap trees, and how to finish and preserve maple syrup.
Each participant will go home with a food-grade bucket w/ lid, and a tap with tubing to get started.
