Beekeeping Basics at Fruition Seeds

Would you love to learn more about the humble, hardworking honeybees that help to make our food system possible? Join us for a workshop series led by Lisa of Solidago Apiaries, and Kira of Avery Apiaries, covering everything from how and why honeybees do the many things that they do to what they can teach us about working together in community. We’ll also cover some of the basics of caring and advocating for bees, as beekeepers. This will be an introductory level class, and participants will have the chance to observe our hives at Fruition in action from afar (not up close and personal this time around).
