Select Fridays and Saturdays in February
Cumming Nature Center is offering adaptive skiing sessions this February so that everyone can participate in the winter activities that we offer. Adaptive nordic or cross country skiing is skiing with specialized equipment and/or instruction. Participants in this program will have access to adaptive skis that are more stable and move more slowly, as well as specialized instruction for people with brain injury, autism, and developmental disabilities.*
Each class will provide 1:1 instruction. Cost includes ski rental, trail pass, and instruction, as well as cookies and cocoa!
Please fill out the application below and one of our instructors will contact you about participation in the program and payment options. All applicants must have be approved to take the class before giving payment.
Cost: $60 per session ($20 per class)
